Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping fee of ₹59 is charged on orders below ₹599.
- Orders above ₹599 qualify for free shipping.
- Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Coverage
- We ship across most serviceable locations in India.
- International shipping is currently not available.
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate address with PIN code.
Address Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
- Any delay, loss, or penalty due to incorrect or incomplete address will be borne by the customer.
Undelivered / RTO Orders
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or refusal:
- Reshipping charges will apply.
- Refunds (if requested) will deduct shipping, return shipping, and payment gateway charges.
- Orders with multiple failed delivery attempts may not be eligible for refund.
