Refund policy

At Blush & Baubles, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth, secure, and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Customized gift hampers are non-returnable.

Unboxing Video
A clear unboxing video with a 360° view of the package and its contents upon delivery is mandatory for all claims.

Return Deductions
Shipping charges, payment gateway fees (4%), and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

Return Process
Email blushandbaubles.wecare@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and images/video. Approved returns will be picked up from your address.

Refund Process & Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned product.

Damaged or Defective Products
Report within 48 hours of delivery with images and unboxing video for replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order. A 4% processing fee applies. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
